Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. We believe in creating timeless pieces that are carefully crafted, and we encourage our customers to choose thoughtfully.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue with your item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will inspect the claim and, if verified, offer an exchange for the same product or store credit.

Exchange Policy
